Refund policy

Hiace.parts Return Policy

All sales at Hiace.parts are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the following exceptions:

  • Damaged in Shipping: If your part arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Factory Defects: If a part is defective out of the box, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We may request diagnostic details or photos to verify the issue.

Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement part or refund, at our discretion.

Parts that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return or replacement.
