Here is a set of preliminary photos of the 1996 Toyota HiAce Super Custom G 4wd van we have in the works. Keep in mind these are preliminary photos, so please reference the sold section of our website for images of what the final product will look like.

HERES ONE JUST LIKE IT, SOLD IN AUGUST

This HiAce has the 1KZ 3.0 liter turbo diesel engine, with automatic transmission, and full time 4wd. It clocks a low 87,000 original miles, which is really only getting started for Toyota's 1KZ model diesel engine, know to exceed 500,000 miles before a rebuild is required.

The van appears to be in good overall condition. It features dual airbags.

We will replace the front headlight and blinkers due to yellowing, see pics.

The van has some minor cosmetic damage, please see the pricing details below.

Consistent with all the vans we sell, it will receive a full timing belt job and maintenance update: new timing belt, new idler and tensioner pulleys, new camshaft and crankshaft seal, new water pump, new thermostat, new radiator cap, coolant flush, all new coolant hoses, transmission fluid, fresh motor oil and filter, all new drive belts, new fuel filter, new air filter, fresh front and rear differential oil, fresh transfer case oil, new motor mounts, new alternator, and an engine computer service. On top of all that, she'll get brand new all-terrain tires, and a modest suspension lift. Most of our vans also receive a front brake and hub overhaul. Finally, the van will receive a full inspection, and any other incidental repairs will be made prior to the final sale release. Just before the final transfer, it will receive a full detail, inside and out.

I can confidently say no one in the US has more experience with these vans, and solutions for problems gleaned only from that first hand experience.

Pricing: We complete all of our full mechanical overhaul work cited above, detail the van inside and out, selling the van for $25,000. Add $600 to repair the cracked spoiler, or we can simply remove it for no added charge. Add $650 to repair the small damage behind the sliding door, or we can touch it up with matching paint for free. Add $500 to repair the small dents below the sliding door.

Shortly thereafter we will connect on a phone call to discuss the van in detail, chat about the timeline, and setup the additional down payment of $5,000 to complete the reservation process.
